Vendor Information
Sunday, January 27 from Noon to 2PM
Winnacunnet High School Dining Hall, 4 Alumni Drive, Hampton (google
map below)
1. The Dining Hall will be available for set-up at 11:00am
2. Please be ready to welcome guests and serve Pizza at 11:55am
3. We anticipate between 400 and 650 people will attend.
4. We estimate you will need between 25 and 50 pizzas, depending on
the size of your Pizza
5. It’s not good to run out of Pizza, so communication between your
restaurant and the event is important, and there’s a decent cell
signal in the Dining Hall.
6. Pizzas should be cut into Sample sizes, even those for the
Judges.
7. The Judges will judge Best Sauce, Best Cheese, Best Crust, and
Best Specialty Pizza
8. The People will vote for “People’s Choice”
9. Bring menus, coupons, anything you want to distribute to new
customers
10. Be sure to bring serving instruments
11. Winners will be announced at 2:15pm – all participants will
receive recognition for their participation.
At the High School:
• There will be special reserved parking for one vehicle for each
Restaurant with your logo right near the door.
• Please enter through door F8, it’s well marked and is the main
door for the event.
• Each restaurant will have a volunteer Pizza Ambassador who will
work hard to make this a fruitful, profitable, enjoyable event for
you. This Pizza Ambassador will greet you and show you the serving
location for your restaurant. Please let anyone know what we can do
to help make Pizza Bowl an extremely successful event for you and
your restaurant
• You can hang any signs on the wall as long as they are affixed to
the wall with Painter’s tape (we will have a supply on hand, it’s
like masking tape and is what the School specifies)
• You are encouraged to provide promotional materials such as menus
and coupons.
Thank you for participating in this year’s Seacoast Pizza Bowl!
